Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@mugitup.ca within 7 business days of receiving your package. In your email, please provide the order number, product name, and photos of the product. All items are final sale as we print them on demand, however, if your item is defective, it will either be refunded or reprinted.
Reprints
If your item is proven defective, it will be reprinted within 3-4 business days and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
We can only issue refunds for defective products. If your item is proven defective, but you’re not interested in a reprint, we will refund your order ASAP.
Returns and Exchanges
We may ask for the defective product to be returned to us so that we can determine what went wrong on our end. However, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
