How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you're excited to get your order, so we'll do our best to process it within 1-2 business days. Once we start production, it can take up to 7 business days to complete your item although it usually doesn't take that long. Please note that custom mug orders may take longer to process.

Estimated shipping times will vary based on your location, but you'll see that information at checkout.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of 12 CAD for our Canadian customers and 13 USD for those in the US. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we're not able to ship internationally at this time, but we're working hard to expand our reach in the future. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Help! I didn't receive my order. What now?

Not to worry. Please use your tracking number to check where your item is currently located and its estimated arrival time. If it says that your order has been delivered, but you still haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you're still having issues, please contact us.
